Is SquareUsUp really free?

Yep! SquareUsUp was developed by Richard Price, a software engineer who plays tennis in a group that was unsatisfied with every expense-sharing solution they found. The solutions from the big players in this field were gross overkill, and every homegrown spreadsheet was awkward to use and lacked required functionality. The spreadsheet Richard created for his tennis group was so much better than anything else out there, the group encouraged him to market it. But he didn’t want the tax headaches that would result from selling it. So here it is. For free.

How do I get started?

Just make sure you have genuine Microsoft Excel installed on your computer. Then download the SquareUsUp template file per the instructions on the Downloads page, open the file in Excel, create a new project, and start using your project.
